Who I am, what I do
Welcome! Or, welcome back if you've been here before! Allow me to (re)introduce myself! My name is Katie, and I am a yarn enthusiast, knitting addict and fibre art fanatic who has decided to marry this with my love of tarot and blogging to bring you this new site. Bear with me friends, I'm figuring out how to navigate these changes, but I want you to know that my vision for this site is to bring you all things yarn, spinning, dyeing and creating, along with some tarot insights, and information about my new yarn shop that I am just in the process of launching! Initially this will be online, and down the line I want to open a brick and mortar shop for us all to enjoy!

When you decide to invest in a reading, it's vital for you to understand how I read and what I can offer you! Each of us will get much more out of this experience if you have a clear understanding of what I am bringing to the table.
I do not make predictions or tell you what your future will look like. The future is constantly changing and I believe in free will, you're in the drivers seat. What I do is work with you to identify some area of yourself or your life that you would like to build on, strengthen or transform, and with the guidance of the Tarot (which accesses your own intuition and Universal knowledge), we create a plan of action to help you go from where you are right now to where you want to be. Think of your Tarot reading as a little therapy or coaching session, it's more than a party trick, but rather it's a tool to help you make goals and manifest your own success. I believe in your ability to create the life you desire. I believe in your ability to solve your problems, to set goals, and to create meaningful growth in your life. Maximize the potential of your reading to work for your greater good by using it like a strategic planning session.
My readings will be most valuable to clients who are invested in their self care and development and who believe that there is guidance available within the Tarot and within themselves.

I will treat you with compassion, sensitivity and respect, and I expect the same treatment in return.
I will not share the details of your reading or your contact information with anyone. Your query and your reading are kept in the strictest of confidence.
I will refuse to read for someone if I feel uncomfortable, or if you want a type of reading that I do not do (yes or no questions, predictions, health and legal advice).
Because we work together before your reading to ensure we ask the right questions that will address your concerns, all sales will be final. I am committed to you fully understanding your reading and am happy to answer questions about the reading to help you get the most out of it.
